Planning a visit to Newquay Zoo? Here are answers to some of the most common questions about tickets, travel, facilities and your day at the zoo.

This is an online-only offer, therefore you can only save 15% when you purchase your tickets online before 10am on the day of your visit. If you would like to buy same-day tickets, please purchase them at the gate on arrival at the zoo

To keep things flexible, we don't offer fixed family tickets. Simply select the individual adult and child tickets you need for your group and get ready for a wild day out!

Whether you're craving a full meal, tasty snack, hot drink or ice cream, Café Lemur and our two seasonal food outlets have you covered

You're more than welcome to bring your own lunch, and we have a range of picnic benches and lawn areas around the zoo for you to enjoy.

Please note: Our local seagulls can be quite cheeky - particularly during the busy summer months. Please keep an eye on your food as we cannot be held responsible for their behaviour

Unfortunately, we no longer offer animal experiences; however you can still get the inside scoop on our amazing animals at our Ranger talks, barn activities and live feeds

Little explorers can let off steam in our outdoor play area near the meerkat enclosure, or tackle the Tarzan Trail above the old bus stop area
